made in brazil is a campaign by apro, the brazilian association for the production of audiovisual works, to publicize and promote brazilian production companies on the international market. On the occasion of the Cannes advertising festival, we launched this campaign which sought to bring a Brazilian joy through shapes and colors. The challenge here was not to fall into caricatures of Brazilianness, either in figures or in the traditional green and yellow colors.

At first, I illustrated 3 boards with cameras, drones and filming equipment, using black, pink, blue and green as the main colors in the palette.

So I started a collage process with Brazilian scenes. At this point, I also mixed in elements from the illustrator Mel Cerri, who was invited for this project.

Finally, Mel's illustrations took center stage and closed the campaign.
